Student services
The university has a long and rich history of biblical education. We also support students through their educational journey by providing course information, library services, scheduling, and course materials. Our staff is here to guide and provide necessary resources for a college learning environment. We attempt to provide as many of these services online as possible for greater availability and accessibility of all students, no matter which site campus or type of classroom they are engaging in.

graduation
A graduation ceremony is held for all MA, BA, AA, and certificate students. Students who believe they have completed the necessary requirements for graduation shall request a Graduation Requirement Assessment from the Registrar.
transcripts
Incoming Transcripts: for incoming students, please have all transcripts sent to admissions@ncbc.net (if you need any assistance please email registrar@ncbc.net)
We work toward making the transfer of your credits successful. We believe our responsibility includes helping you every step of the way in your academic future. Our Registrar’s office is always available for counseling on how to get the transfer credit you deserve when you decide to continue your education.
Sending Transcripts from NCBC: Remember, however, that each institution has its own policies and procedures regarding acceptance of transfer credits. It is a good idea to discuss your prior training with the college or university you wish to transfer units to before enrolling. There is no guarantee credits will be accepted. NCBC provides academic guidance counseling upon request to help students know which classes they need to complete in order to fulfill their education goals. However, the school does not provide testing or placement services for graduates. This is usually done through the student’s local church.
- Students may download an unofficial transcript for free from Populi at any time. Go to My Profile -> Student page and the transcript options are available to download a PDF.
- Official transcript requests are done through Populi
- There is a fee per transcript (see the Fees page)
- Please have an email address for where to send the transcripts (this must be a college, employer, or entity requesting the transcript)
- Physical addresses are rarely used to receive transcripts but if this is the required method please have ready the name and address of the institution to which the transcript will be sent. This will take up to 2 weeks.
