Corinthians

Pastor Ray Robles
Mondays, 7–9pm PST on Zoom
Begins September 13

NT 302: Corinthians
1 Corinthians, perhaps the most practical and far-reaching epistle of the Christian faith, addressing topics ranging from spiritual mindedness, Christian love, marriage and sexuality, lawsuits, carnality, the resurrection, and spiritual gifts.

In 2 Corinthians Paul addresses a laundry list of accusations made against him by the church he both started and poured his heart into. These chapters bring us deep into the hurting heart of our beloved Apostle, while also showing us how to properly handle unfair accusations.

CS 114: Charting Your Life Plan
Would you like to speed up your training and growth into who and what God is calling you to be?  This class is the next step in the college’s development of what we call our Fusion classes, or hands on training in supernatural ministry and living. NCBC has partnered with one of the fastest growing movements in the world – “The Transforming our World Movement” – to teach the ten principles and practices that will accelerate you in discovering and implementing God’s plan for your life.  The most important thing you will learn is to stop trying to find God’s plan but simply become that plan step by step.

Joshua, Judges, Ruth

Pastor Gary Mortara
Tuesdays, 7–9pm PST on Zoom
Begins September 7

OT 306: Joshua, Judges & Ruth
These three books trace the history of Israel from the entrance into the Promised Land throughout the period of the Judges. So many of the battles we face on a daily basis run parallel to Israel’s confrontations centuries ago. Our challenge is to follow the righteous example of Israel under Joshua’s leadership and avoid the foolish ways of Israel during the Judges. The book of Ruth serves as a refreshing oasis in the midst of the turmoil of the Judges.

The Spirit of Man

Pastor David Sell

TH 101: The Spirit of Man
The human spirit is the real “you.” The soul and body are only extensions of the human spirit.  This course provides vital insights into the differences between the human spirit and the soul, helping us to better understand our constant battle with our carnal nature. Emphasis is also placed upon understanding the development of our conscience, the difference between conviction and condemnation, what actually happens at death, and how to distinguish between true and false guilt.

The Book of Daniel

Pastor David Sell, NCBC President
Thursdays, 7–9pm (Zoom)
June 24–Sept 2

Daniel exemplifies a man of integrity who lived under the constant temptation to compromise while living in ancient Babylon. Some of the great tales of the Bible come from this lively book. It has also been called “the Apocalypse of the Old Testament” while revealing more information about the coming Antichrist than any book in the Bible (including Revelation).  This study will also include a thorough presentation of the important “70 Weeks Prophecy,” a necessary prerequisite to understanding end-time events.

During the final 3 sessions, Pastor Sell will present a running timeline of all the biblically predicted events we can expect between now (2021) and Jesus’ second coming.  These will include descriptions of the 7 seals, 7 trumpets, 7 last plagues, ministry of the Two Witnesses, development of the antichristal kingdom, the salvation of natural Israel, the great falling away, and the second coming of Jesus.
