What makes the faculty of NCBC unique is that most faculty members have over 40 years of pastoral experience at the Lead Pastor position.

Dr. Dan Griffith:
48 years of pastoral ministry; 30 as a lead pastor
Master’s degree from Golden Gate Seminary; Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Seminary
Dan’s personal passion is to train and prepare the next generation for the coming great revival and harvest of God.

Dr. Wayne Mancari:
41 years of pastoral ministry, 22 as lead pastor.  Dr. Mancari has a Doctor of Ministry degree in Leadership from Regent University; Virginia Beach, VA. He also has a Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA as well as a second Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary; Springfield, MO.

Pastor Gary Mortara:
Pastor Mortara has 34 years pastoral ministry, 29 years as the lead pastor of Faith Fellowship, one of the premier churches in the SF Bay Area with a weekly attendance of over 2000 members.  Pastor Gary’s passion is teaching the word and loving people. 

Pastor David Sell:
Pastor Sell has been in pastoral ministry for the past 45 years, serving 18 years as founding lead-pastor of Pleasanton Community Church.  He has a B.A. in Psychology, a Th.B. in Theology, and a Master’s degree in Higher Education.  Pastor Sell currently serves as President of Northern Calif. Bible College. Pastor David’s passion is to help students fully appreciate the magnificent stories of the Bible by making them simple to understand, profound in content, and filled with life-changing application.
