- Application and Enrollment Agreement must be completed in full.
- The nonrefundable application fee of $35.00 must be sent with the application.
- If the student plans to pursue a degree from NCBC, transcripts from high school and colleges, following high school graduation, are required and should be requested by the applicant. If the student only wishes to audit courses, or take courses on the Certificate basis, transcripts are not required.
- After completing the admission process, students can register in either the on-site or distance learning programs.
After the application has been received by the Registrar, it shall be reviewed by the Administration. The student will then be contacted by mail with a letter of acceptance. Upon receiving the letter of acceptance, the student can then enroll in courses at any time following.
